Brici Photography Terms of Use
For the protection of you and us, the Terms and Conditions of Brici Photography are very important. Sorin Brici, the owner, and operator of Brici Photography and its affiliates and suppliers provide their media hosting and related services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or purchase at Brici Photography (briciphotography.com) or www.sorinbrici.com, you accept these terms and conditions.
Subscriptions
Brici Photography provides its services on either a recurring monthly or an annual subscription basis. By subscribing to Brici Photography, you agree to pay all charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect when payment is due. Brici Photography reserves the right to modify or add additional fees and billing terms, upon prior notice to the member on our website. Unless you terminate your account before the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew 30 days after your subscription date (if you have a monthly subscription) or will automatically renew one year after your registration date (if you have an annual subscription). Subscribers must keep their registered email addresses and other account information current, as Brici Photography may send important notices, such as reminders about your account to that email address. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, your account will be deactivated until such funds go through. After submitting your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Termination
Brici Photography may terminate your account or your access to and use of this site, with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at Brici Photography 's sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to your failure to conform with these Terms. If you violate these Terms, Brici Photography, in its sole discretion, may also elect to require you to remedy any violation of these Terms, and take any other actions that the Brici Photography deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies. Upon the termination of your membership, you will not receive a refund for any subscription fees previously charged to, or remaining, on your account.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Brici Photography or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Brici Photography product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Brici Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Brici Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not theorder has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Brici Photography shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Brici Photography has established a Privacy Policy to explain to you how your information is collected and used. Your use of the Brici Photography website or the services signifies acknowledgment of, and agreement to, our Privacy Policy.

Shopping Cart
Upon placing an order with Brici Photography you are deemed to have entered into the terms and conditions as set out in this section. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and an electronic confirmation will be issued.
Delivery
The delivery services vary depending on where you live, and the time you place your order. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle cancellation of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Brici Photography if an order has not arrived.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Brici Photography immediately by emailing [email protected] Once payment for an order has been accepted, or if the product has left our premises, we cannot accept any cancellations.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully before you purchase your product as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We stand behind all of our products and will gladly exchange any physical merchandise that:
- is damaged during shipping
- is defective
- if we have shipped (as a result of our error) the wrong product, quantity, or size
The product must be returned to us in its original condition, unopened and unused / (when applicable). The customer will pay all freight charges for the return of the item. You have 7 days from the arrival of your parcel to return the item to us. Claims for incorrect or missing items should be made within 7 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]
Price
All prices and transactions are in Euros (€) although some seminars and workshops may vary using different currencies. The price you shall pay for the goods shall be the price specified on the product list. You also agree to pay any delivery and handling fee (when applicable) in respect of each order and all taxes, which Brici Photography is required to collect from you. Sorin Brici Educational Product's prices are subject to variation without notice. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered. You shall pay for the goods at the time of checkout of your transaction.
Terms of Use Modifications
Brici Photography may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Brici Photography website shall be governed by the laws of Austrian and European Union.
